How we're paid

Estuary Bridging Solutions Ltd does not charge borrowers a fee to introduce them to a lender through this website. We're paid commission and procuration fees by the lender when a loan we've introduced completes.

No online payments

This website does not take payments, deposits or fees from visitors, and nothing is purchased through it. Because there's no online transaction, there's nothing on this site itself to refund.

If a fee is ever agreed directly with you

If we ever agree a separate arrangement or admin fee directly with a client (outside of lender commission), that fee — and any cancellation or refund terms attached to it — would be set out and agreed in writing in a separate engagement letter with you, not through this website.

Cooling-off rights

The consumer "cooling-off" cancellation rights that apply to online purchases (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are aimed at consumer transactions. As nothing is purchased through this site, and our services are provided to limited companies and SPVs rather than individual consumers, those rules don't apply to use of this website.
